Capture high-resolution digital images of museum artifacts following established digitization workflows and object-handling standards for the museum's collections database. Perform image editing and quality control using Capture One and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring accurate lighting, color fidelity, and consistency across digital assets. Conduct multi-spectral imaging (MSI) of selected artifacts to support research, preservation, and public access initiatives. Write blog post content spotlighting digitization projects to grow public engagement with the collection.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined below. Design and develop HERS website features and pages in WordPress, including custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, wireframes and prototypes in Figma; optimized for performance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and user experience. Design branded digital and print marketing materials and social media graphics for programs, events, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Manage and deduplicate data within the Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) database to ensure accurate and reliable records. Create and run detailed reports on contacts and higher education institutions to support HERS staff. Import event and survey data to maintain current and comprehensive records. Contribute to the HERS WordPress website by developing and updating pages as needed.

Designed and developed digital content for the School of Art & Art History's internal website (Digication), large digital displays, and print marketing campaigns using design software such as Figma, Adobe Express, and Canva. Designed and wrote content for the annual departmental e-newsletter in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Packed online orders for in-store pickup or ship-from-store, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment. Distributed and organised products from freight trucks, preparing them for placement on the sales floor.

Assisted with the construction and placement of stage scenery and properties by working with blueprints, diagrams, plans, and drawings. Utilised a variety of hand and powered tools, along with technical equipment, in theatre productions while adhering to safety precautions and regulations.
